Gift Voucher Terms

Delivery: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase. Your gift voucher, including the voucher code, will be sent within one working day of receipt of full payment via your chosen delivery method.

Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiry date.

Use: Vouchers can be redeemed against a stay in the selected property, subject to availability.

Booking: All stays must be booked in advance. We recommend booking early for weekends, school holidays and peak periods.

Value & Redemption: Vouchers must be used in full within a single booking. Any remaining balance will not be refunded. If the booking value exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid in line with our booking terms.

Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, resold or transferred.

Cancellations: Bookings made using a voucher are subject to our standard cancellation terms.

Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

Lost Vouchers: Please treat your voucher as cash, as lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
