Yes. Registered assistance dogs are welcome at all properties. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss any requirements.

Do you provide accessible parking?

All properties have private parking. Distances from parking areas to property entrances vary and full details, including surfaces and routes, are available within the AccessAble Detailed Access Guides.

Do all properties offer the same accessibility features?

No. Accessibility features vary between properties. We recommend reviewing the Detailed Access Guide for your chosen property before booking.

How can I find out whether a property is suitable for my requirements?

Each property has an independently produced AccessAble Detailed Access Guide containing measurements, photographs and information about parking, entrances, bedrooms, bathrooms and facilities.

Can I visit a property before booking?

Yes. Where possible, we are happy to arrange a viewing appointment so you can assess whether a property meets your requirements.

What accessibility equipment do you provide?

We can provide a range of complimentary equipment including a shower stool, toilet frame, raised toilet seat, bed guard, vibrating pillow and portable hearing loop. Please see the Accessibility Equipment section above for full details.

Can additional equipment be hired?

Yes. Equipment such as profiling beds, hoists, wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be hired locally and delivered directly to the property.

Can care services visit during our stay?

Yes. Local care providers can attend the property during your stay. We recommend arranging this before arrival.
