Designed with sociable group stays in mind, the ground floor flows effortlessly between cooking, dining and relaxation.

The dining space forms the heart of the home, where guests can gather around large oak tables in a banquet-style setting. A well-appointed kitchenette, complete with glassware, crockery and two dishwashers, ensures everything is easily to hand, while the fully equipped bar area — with wine fridge, beer fridge and cocktail accessories — adds a sense of occasion. A bean-to-cup coffee machine and relaxed seating area with a log-effect fire create a space that transitions naturally from slow mornings to lively evenings.

The adjacent kitchen is comprehensively equipped for larger groups, featuring a dual fuel range cooker, American-style fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, alongside a wide range of additional appliances, including an air fryer, Magimix, George Foreman grill, hostess trolley and more. For a truly memorable experience, many guests choose to arrange a private chef — allowing you to relax with a drink in the bar or dining space while everything is expertly prepared and served for you.

The spacious lounge offers deep, comfortable leather sofas with seating for all guests, complemented by a Smart TV and Xbox.

For a more immersive experience, the dedicated cinema room is a standout feature — complete with tiered seating, surround sound and full access to Sky, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports, TNT, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max and Discovery+.

Also on the ground floor is the Plum Tree Suite — a twin bedroom with wrought-iron beds and a wet room, thoughtfully designed to provide accessible accommodation.

Penblaith Barn sleeps up to 18 guests across eight en-suite bedrooms, offering both flexibility and comfort.

Ground Floor:

• Plum Tree Suite – Twin beds. Shower wet room (accessible).

First Floor:

• Apple Tree Suite – Twin beds or Superking bed. Roll top bath.
• Elm Tree Suite – Twin beds or Superking bed. Bath and separate shower.
• Beech Tree Suite – Twin beds OR Superking bed. Bath and separate shower.
• Oak Tree Suite (Master Bedroom) – Superking bed. Bath and separate shower.

Second Floor:

• Pear Tree Suite – King bed. Shower.
• Willow Tree Suite – King bed with two full-size single day beds in an adjoining area (separated by a curtain). Bath with hand-held shower head.
• Chestnut Tree Suite – Twin beds or Superking bed. Shower.

All bedrooms feature high-quality British-made mattresses (Hypnos or Harrison Spinks), hypoallergenic bedding and Egyptian cotton linen, ensuring a consistently comfortable and restful stay.

The barn opens onto extensive private gardens and a large raised patio that runs the full length of the property. From here, guests can enjoy uninterrupted views stretching towards the Cotswolds in one direction and the Malvern Hills in the other — one of the property’s most memorable features.

Designed for both relaxation and socialising, the outdoor area includes:

• Hydrotherapy hot tub (seating up to six adults) with outdoor shower
• Wood-fired pizza oven (available year-round)
• Large gas BBQ (available April–October)
• Outdoor dining and seating for up to 18 guests
• Comfortable outdoor day bed, ideal for morning coffee or relaxed afternoons (May–October)
• Spacious lawn with football goal

From morning coffee to sunset drinks, the setting provides a natural backdrop for time well spent together.

Alongside the cinema room, Penblaith Barn features a separate indoor games room, accessed from the car park, offering:

• Pool table
• Table tennis
• Table football

There is also a wide selection of outdoor games and sports equipment available, including cricket, badminton, rounders, football, rugby ball and giant Jenga, along with a music system for use in the games room.

• Private parking for at least twelve cars
• EV charging: two Tesla points and one universal fast charger (see FAQ for details on usage and cost)
• Music system with integrated speakers in the dining room and lounge area
• Fibre-to-the-premises WiFi throughout the property
