The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. We will email you two weeks before this due date with information on how to make payment.
Once your balance has been received, we will send your digital Property Guide containing appliance instructions and useful property information, as well as a link to our recommended walks.

We work with a wide range of trusted suppliers offering everything from yoga and Pilates classes to photographers, beauticians, team-building activities, cookery and chocolate-making classes, laser clay shooting, life drawing and more.
If you are arranging a third-party supplier that is not listed on our website, they must be approved by us in advance and hold appropriate public liability insurance.
We strongly recommend booking taxis well in advance, particularly for evenings and weekends.

Approximately two weeks before arrival, we will email directions, entry information and arrival guidance for distribution to your group.
A £200 security deposit will be pre-authorised on your arrival day.
If you would prefer us to use a different card, please let us know in advance.
